Salmon's Daycare Problem

According to Simply_Salmon__Comp_Plan_2024__Final.pdf there is a daycare problem. The parents of children are having problems with finding someone to care for their children when they need to work. This is a problem for our economy if parents are forced to choose between working or having to stay with their kids.

I have a wild idea. We can use a time bank system where someone could exchange an hour of babysitting for an hour of house cleaning for example. I think babysitting should become a specific focus for the community. But I am just one person and cannot do this by myself. Let's get going.
